Nothing is certain, if it was we will all be millionaires. There is a possibility RAP will need to gather further data to make their algorithm more robust and provide clinical testing for the regulator (who knows) which will mean more delay but at least they have the funds to do this and it will certainly mean they won't be able reach their revenue target for 95M performance shares. And I wouldn't call 2M shares these few days "selling pressure"....
