@barry1990, not sure if Horizon, but certainly Valiant was a pharma company that got pinged for buying out heaps of companies and raising the price of the drugs. It was their whole business model and they spent little to no money on R&D.
Interest doco on Netflix for those interesting, in the series "Dirty Money". Couple of big players took a short position on them and made a bucket load.
