These informal discussions and very close relationships that they have developed with many other companies will come to fruition quite quickly IMO. This is more of a strategic play by the company to maximize the deal to ultimately bring in more revenue for our company... If we think about this logically it makes perfect sense, even if ResApp was to obtain MOU's in advance on the condition that CE or FDA was granted for our software - our bargaining chip would still be limited...
It's so frustrating to see that the only thing really holding this back is paperwork that is choked up and clogged within a messed up system! Come on CE!! We're talking about a revolutionary device that will help un-choke the medical system and bring Better Health Care to the community in a more timely, accurate and affordable way. Could save lives especially in the third world countries. Get off your hands put away the ciggies and cupcakes and make a difference!! Sorry folks but this holdup is really ridiculous and is starting to piss me off now! BSI advised that it would only take 3 to 5 months to obtain clearance. Well we are now coming up to 6 months - still nothing.... Bloody bureaucrats!!
Cheers

Too true, Red. Also didn't RESAPP pay extra to have the app looked at in the express lane? If so, even more despicable by the nabobs of bureacracy in the Eurpoean Union.
