The significance of the recent announcement should also flow into the 'technicals', the first stage being the price action on 23/08............the gap up open of 22c., the back test, and respect of the 19c. level........ which now should be the 'line in the sand'.
The previous (significant) HORIZONTAL support level was 31c............the next test of resistance.
Just my take.

The above chart only related to the UP trend scenario.
The below chart incorporates the DOWN trend scenario and highlights the (interim) resistance levels/points that also need to dealt with in the RAP share price recovery.
The first of which is the down TREND sd line.......with resistance (today) @ 22.5c.
The second is the HORIZONTAL line @ 26.5c.
Just my take.
