I use market depth as part of my analysis, as I also use charts all time frame 5min - monthly and also fundamentals....

market depth to me is like a language, the greater the activity in a stock the more i value it...
for example when the bid/ask ratio goes from 5:1 in a stock and then hits 2:1 I take note that conditions have shifted, then when its 1:1 thats when I know things have changed pretty much from bullish to bearish..

Every trader/investor is different and someone will use something which the next person doesnt use....
