Maybe most of them are shown no respect because most of them are probably garbage.

overseas investors are able to participate as well.

Fact of the matter is RAP has had a huge run up and the late comers to the stock get anxious when they see it start going down, then they panic and sell and that just creates more panic then other people second guess.

Whats happening at the moment with RAP is the same thing that happens to all the people that have margin loans when the market has a big correction.
