Mr TFF, my guess is company has a good product and with Gates foundation backing should have a fine future. 2 things could change that. Firstly revenue, given the philanthropic nature of what could be major shareholders the product could be given away to the needy and that wouldn’t help revenues and secondly the FDA may not approve it for use and that would give share price a downward nudge. Just my opinions. I am a long term holder and recent buyer but have my fingers on the sell button.
