Looks like RAP is forming a larger bull flag continuation pattern here, larger and more significant than previous ones. The target from this pattern is 13c, fairly consistent with my November target of 14c.....
The key for me will be the sp penetrating through the 9c resistance level (chi -x) if it can do so then there is every chance this target will be reached in the ST.
