RAP charting, page-7299

I was going to have screen free day but looks like it's not going to happen.
Capping at 28.5 and 29c doesn't make sense. If they are worried than they won't put the order in at this price. This is all started since AGM so I think there is more to it than what we know.I could be wrong as I am scratching my head as you all are...we used to have someone who put his house once on RAP so might have to bring him back to knock these walls.
