It worked with them at 36 why wouldnt they lower them to scare holders out of their shares. Someone accumulating the shares of the fearful. They will disappear if buyers come at them but the RAP market is in doubt and everyone suddenly a little unsure. The only thing that has changed since this was in the 50s is the share price itself. Everything else going to plan.
