Simple metrics that could be used to foresee the potential MC for Resapp is by looking at Performance Shares issued on achieving 20 million $ annual revenue or acquisition (this is given in Investor Presentation).
Performance shares allocation based on Revenues are usually base case estimates IMO.
As a minimum a company that could potentially earn 20 million annual revenue ( Base case) the valuation should be several multiples that it is at the moment.
