The downtrend to which I refer is on the weekly chart and started in the week ending Sept 30th 2016.
There seems to be enormous disagreement about how to draw a trend line, but at Wealth Within Dale Gilham, who is one of the few serious traders who still uses trend lines, draws the line across the peaks on the chart. According to him, a trend line entry is when you have two closes above the trend line. There are, of course, other factors to consider, both technical and fundamental.
I hold RAP and am looking forward, like everyone else, to it taking off in a big way. But I cannot, in all honesty, see how someone could look at the weekly chart and not see a downtrend starting in Sept 2016.
