Uber sought to take on thousands of minicab and taxi companies - a somewhat crowded space
Uber's customers are the people that use taxis or minicabs, maybe 1/100 th of the world's population

RAP has a MC about 1/300 of Uber
RAP has no tangible assets apart from it's people
RAP is not taking on anyone, apart from old diehard GPs that will still want to use stethoscopes
RAP's customers are potentially everyone

So what MC after FDA??
