Generally speaking the banks have poor vastly overpaid management and the Banks rip off the public. The Government guarantees them their jobs by underwriting them by the central bank and does not let true market forces loose on them . Therefore the importance levels given to service are not the subject of enough attention and they basically could not care less. They should not be protected by onerous legal 'Exclusion Rules ' not allowing share traders to sue them because their site failed and profits ets were lost etc etc.They are uncompetitive , a disgrace to Australia.
