Interesting article by abc.net.au today regarding barriers to respiratory care due to covid-19 pandemic.

Hmmmm.... if only there was a smartphone phone based diagnostic tool that could be used by clinicians to instantly and remotely diagnose and manage respiratory disease.

if this tool existed, I would imagine that this would enable clinicians to then prescribe (or not prescribe) antibiotics, limiting respiratory disease progression and improving overall patient outcomes.

Oh wait it does!

Just need the telehealth platforms in Australia to catch up now I guess....
