    Keating has shown his true colours with his actions with the Pfizer bid, Leedman showed his true colours years back and he too lacks any morals, they have both promoted the idea that the shareholders are to blame for everything bad, not for one second offering that it is their leadership to blame, the NO vote happens and they will come out guns blazing what a great favour they did for the shareholders, a YES vote and they are set up for life via cash and cushy jobs. There was months of talks between the parties and deals without doubt struck, any decent BOD would have told Pfizer to stump up on market to buy in and get a seat on the board or make a 100% hostile takeover. This scheme is a complete sell out to all shareholders, they are of the opinion they have the full support of all major shareholders….crap, can you imagine the top 5 selling out at massive losses just to see Pfizer reap the benefits after years of holding.
