There was months of talks between the parties and deals without doubt struck, any decent BOD would have told Pfizer to stump up on market to buy in and get a seat on the board or make a 100% hostile takeover. This scheme is a complete sell out to all shareholders, they are of the opinion they have the full support of all major shareholders….crap, can you imagine the top 5 selling out at massive losses just to see Pfizer reap the benefits after years of holding.

spot on Willy, I have spoken with them and can tell you that they are delusional with what they are doing is right for the company and it’s shareholders. It has to be remembered that these guys apart from wages etc have made an absolute fortune out of shares el cheapo. Leedman especially who sold out for big profits early in the piece .
