On a positive note, there has been a few positive articles regarding Alodokter and Resapp.

Alni Magdalena, Head of Medical Community Operations Alodokter, ResApp has passed tests in 22 clinical trials and has been published by many medical journals. “It doesn't stop there, but it has also been tested on users with different age groups; children, youth, adults, and seniors both in the hospital and in the clinic. This is the same function as medical tests in general, which is used by doctors to confirm the diagnosis after conducting an assessment of the patient's symptoms," he explained.

To note, until now Alodokter has 30 million active users every month, and more than 70,000 doctors who join. The company that was founded in 2014 provides 5 main features, namely: chat with doctors, shopping for health needs, making appointments with doctors and/or searching for the hospital of choice, health articles, and additional health protection with Aloprotection”

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure we went live with Alodokter in January.

Now, perhaps the first quarter was something of a 'soft launch', where they rolled it out to part of their network or were just using it as a trial live run before this announcement and full blown adoption.
