I think the thing is, we don't get the Pfizer offer and possibly license agreement without the BOD unanimous approval. We'll never know. Time will soon tell whether this is the right leadership to take us forward or not.
What I do know is, as Catdan said, it's wayyyy too early to sell out of this company. GLTAH with today's announcement.
