just consider this, if this deal fails, is there any chance all the share holders would want TK to stay? It is better off for him to resign than getting sacked by the share holders. The way the BOD, TK and BL act so far, supporting all 3 low ball offer and tried so hard to sell our company short. How could there be any chance for them to stay if no voters win? They know that for sure. That is why they are doing what they do, try so hard to sell the company.
I have never seen anything like this. The BOD supports any offer from the bidder. The BOD supports 14.6c and then Pfizer decides to increase to 20.8c. This means Pfizer values the company much higher than the BOD does. Why we still need this BOD?
