Take a look at Orocobre(ORE)
On 20 Jan this year they were trading at 250 before entering trading halt.
Company announced $85M capital raising at 210. Significant discount to market. I could not get stock and was not happy at the time.
Came back on around the same level. Hovered around a bit, got as low as about 230.
Closed today at.......312! CR is a distant memory.

I think it's all in who the CR goes to. The right insto will stay long and keep the register tight.
