Login into automic and check that your bank details are listed for RAP. If they're not there you can add them (I use CommSec too and mine were already listed). I imagine if they're listed there you'll get a bank transfer, if not it'll be a cheque. Although it is possible they could just send out a cheque regardless, but hopefully they won't.
