The trust issue shouldn't be much of a barrier anyway. As the only stream it affects is people that would like to self-diagnose (for peace of mind or to know whether to go see their GP), since with TeleHealth and clinics, patients already trust their doctors (well most do), and field testing in developing countries, for one the humanitarian organisation is paying and two I doubt the sick kids and people would reject the help if they saw it was being done using a smartphone.

But as people start seeing it being used by their doctors, the media attention this will draw, in sure even the self-diagnosers will develop trust for it.
