If it is an issue (which I don't think it is besides the difference in microphone hardware which I doubt it's that much difference), but if it is the big tech company are expanding their eHealth sectors, maybe RAP will then have the option to do an exclusive deal with Apple or Google and only use their phones exclusively for both the 1st and 3rd world? This could give RAP an additional $20-50M p.a. revenue for exclusive product licensing deals, in additional to the actual revenue using SMART-C.

This will be a major coup for one of them to have exclusive access to a FDA approved apps, especially in China.......but honestly, I think the FDA would have covered this before allowing the double blind clinical trials to commence.
