Your concerns are valid & were shared by myself - I asking him the exact same things... i.e. Surrounding the July release from escrow.
His response amazed me - he simply scoffed and said at that point they'll have an FDA approved product & fully expects there to be multiple commercialisation deals & takeover offers on the table that it will simply not matter if there is a sizable overhang due to release from escrow.
The confidence in which this was expressed amazed me.
This gives me the feeling that there have already been incomplete or preliminary approaches & they don't want to entertain them until their first FDA approval so they can obtain the biggest bang-for-buck.
In the absence of an FDA approval when the July release from escrow comes, I'd be worried also... as UniQuest also have 20m or so escrowed shares being released at that time.
This speculation also begs another question... how much would this be worth at that point in time? I'd argue it would be in the Billions (with a B)... so well north of $1.50/share.
But I try not to get too far ahead of myself when thinking about the commercialisation possibilities, or the bidding war that may eventuate from multiple takeover offers on RAP... one step at a time... lets get to the point of full enrolment on the Pivotal US Study first.
