This gives me the feeling that there have already been incomplete or preliminary approaches & they don't want to entertain them until their first FDA approval so they can obtain the biggest bang-for-buck.

In the absence of an FDA approval when the July release from escrow comes, I'd be worried also... as UniQuest also have 20m or so escrowed shares being released at that time.

This speculation also begs another question... how much would this be worth at that point in time? I'd argue it would be in the Billions (with a B)... so well north of $1.50/share.

But I try not to get too far ahead of myself when thinking about the commercialisation possibilities, or the bidding war that may eventuate from multiple takeover offers on RAP... one step at a time... lets get to the point of full enrolment on the Pivotal US Study first.

Sounds like with that sale of RAP shares he has just thrown a minimum $10 million in extra profits in 7 months time down the drain for the sake of $2 million now. I hope his ALC options will be worth it ! (actually I don't).

I agree with all those possibilities mid next year.

I believe they will be looking to strengthen the Board in the meantime with a USA appointment(s) in order to deal with whats ahead.
