Would the manufacturer of a stethoscope be held liable for an inncorrect diagnosis, or the doctor using it to aid him/her in his/her diagnosis?
RAP has taken this obligation to heart. My understanding is that all the trials and testing via appropriate authorities, has provided more than enough evidence to support RAP from any litigation...
