I had somewhat the same conclusion as tony79. I posted this way back but couldn't find it on HC so it's copy/pasted below. Email was from October 2015.
Answers were brief but did answer the questions;
- Does ResApp Health own the technology/patent or does it license the technology from the inventor/owner?
- If it is a license agreement, is there a finite period of the contract with the inventor/owner?
- If it is a license agreement, are there any conditions under which the inventor/owner can cancel the agreement?
- If an offer to buy ResApp was presented, can the owner/inventor block any deal?
1. Exclusive license.
2. No finite period.
3. Not now. Would have if we had failed to list and raise funds.
4. No.
