Do you have a link for that? It would be easier to record an adult cough on demand and the cough would be louder. So maybe it's easier to diagnose for those reasons. But the oldest child was 7 years old, IIRC, and Brian said he thinks they are just using the child algorithms, so it seems a big leap from 7 years to 18+ years, given that adults have deeper voices, wider life experiences, and different sorts of diseases.
