Yes agreed. The issue IMO is "detailed procedure for compensation"
The natives are not happy possibly with the compensation procedure proposed by KNL, hence the contest at hand and the extension to get it fixed. The CGV valuation will be political hot potato. Government will look to KNL and affected natives for compromise I think during this extension.
