rape & pillage of australian resources

I am another S.A. holder of this stock who has no intention of cowering and accepting this officer of $1.50 and shares in an foreign company which will not be worth the paper it is written on! If they want this company badly, which I believe they do, then they will have to pay a fair cash price and I believe the Directors (so called Independent) have no idea what we want otherwise how could they accept and then advise us to accept this ridiculous offer - it is a pity that the Australlian Govt. does not step in and do something!! We need to get more media attention!!!
