Antarctica is increasing the amount of ice in both the sea-ice sheets and on land. Simple fact!
Should the oceans warm up the extra evaporation will increase the snow in the Antartic, much of which never gets above 0 degs, so the ice there will continue to increase.
Reliable measurements of sea levels show very little increase and what they find is consistent with long term trends. Ice reductions in the Arctic regions seem to be localised so they may be caused by undersea volcanoes or by "heat island" effect, considering so many live in the North. My opinion carries no weight, I am simply offering simpler answers.
