I think care for shareholders is a long way down their priority listings unfortunately Snowy... Management have made a few years of salary and instead of working for that money now, they just employ someone else to come in as a third party to clean up the mess. But hey! Might keep them afloat for a couple more years so that their salaries keep coming... No winners here besides management.
