Anybody heard any whispers lately??? Approaching June next week and with it the txt deadline. No news at the moment we could assume means good news - but we'd all like to hear it now I'm sure.
Like you said a while back amex, tz's going to be parting with a lot of dollars if this comes together so they want to make sure that they get it right. I imagine that if there are some deficiencies in the TFS accounts which was picked up during DD, TXT directors may have problems explaining this to S/h'ers.
Must have also been heavy negoations regarding how the underperforming segments were going to be disposed of. Certainly exciting times for TZ.
