    Say what?! That sounds to me like so much codswallop: caesium is element 55, whilst praseodymium is element 59. That's four beta decays to go from caesium to praseodymium. The most common radioactive isotope of caesium will decay, by beta decay, to an isotope of barium ... which happens to be one of barium's stable isotopes.

    Without more detail to go on, I have to dismiss that entire paragraph as being complete and utter hogwash.
