Based on the information provided GBZ's "Maiden 82,500 Rare Earth Inferred Resource at Milo" (ASX Ann. 29Feb12), the Rare Earth "Basket Price" is $99.40*, giving a total resource estimate for Milo in excess of 10 Billion Dollars.

Based on this basket price, and the inferred resource calculations supplied in the report (including initial beneficiation test results) the Gross value of the Milo resource could exceed 10 Billion Dollars and this would give it a value in excess of $500M (approximately 3x the value of Exco's recent CCP sale to Xtrata).





Even if these figures are slashed to be conservative, the future looks bright for GBZ and Milo (especially considering the resource is open in most directions except up).
