From the last lynas investor presentation, their sales contracts are as follows:

Phase 1

La carbonate 1,350t
Ce / La carbonate 4,000t
Nd / Pr oxide 2,700t
SEG + Heavy Rare Earths 480t

Phase 2 (construction & ramp up fully funded)
----------------------
Ce carbonate, oxide 5,200t
La carbonate, oxide 2,700t
Nd oxide and Pr oxide 2,700t
Separated SEG + Heavy Rare Earths 480t

Note SEG means samarium, europium and gadolinium. Heavy I presume is terbium & dysprosium oxides

Lynas does have a 'basket price' - a make up percentage wise of inground ore multiplied by values of each element, but this does not reflect what they will necessarily sell (ie it's a rough guide only). So, best to use the above info, multiply out the pricing and use normal corporate valuations. (Refer to posts #6870746 for a quick calculator, but also my post #6871425 for recommended adjustments to the model).
