That's insane! Not quite Au$1billion for non-US assets and LYC current MC just under $350. Why not just offer LYC $1b and you get the mine, the plant, the customers, the whole shebang. Nobody in their right mind would buy the less crappy bits of a bankrupt company in a fire sale when they could take out LYC for less, surely?
