Yes and i remember in the 60S when any one not investing in Germany was considered an idiot. Then in the 80s and early 90S the only place to invest in was Japan. Now it is China. All three countries still have good investments but those that joined the rush lost money. Regardless of country or type of product Following the trend will only lead to disappointment. What has always counted is care full selection within the area you want to invest in. Trend investors always do very well in the beginning. They seldom get out at the right point. It is capturing gains that counts.
