A comment on today's trading...
imo... what we saw this morning was daytraders jumping in... big volume to kick things off which was all done by lunchtime. The rest of the day I think there were buyers in the market but they were not prepared to bid the price up. The closing auction was conducted on fairly low volume... that doesn't inspire confidence in me that the run is going to continue... Have to see what tomorrow brings but if the volume is similar again to today I think we will see sideways trading and slow accumulation [which is the usual trading pattern for ALK].
Personally I got a bit twitchy late in the day, played safe and locked in some profit @ 77 cents [which might have been a bit too cautious but...]
