The Dubbo rare earth project is shovel ready and fully engineered and like the Bodangora porphyry (they are virtually next to each other) so all the infrastructure is already there. The Americans would consider Dubbo to be the outback but more importantly Dubbo is the only NSW candidate and guess where the Prime Minister resides (electorate)?
This is a $1B project so if it was fast tracked could be operational in as little as 2 years. This is not even in the SP, even a 50/50 JV would instantly add about $500m to the market cap that is a $1 increase....this is the best potential Disallowed I have even seen and I have been trading for 30 years.
