Depends on which Exchange you look at and what time of day you look !
Shanghai's daily report has changed at least five times in three days and they hardly ever report the change ????
New York has not changed its prices since before Chinese New Year, when they made that 43% howling error !

Eventually the London Metals Exchange might deem REE's important enough to trade in London, until then we will have to put up with price interference from either Chinese SOE's or American vested interests.
