    The Chinese price is highly subsidised and can only be achieved by 'Rape and Pillaging' / stealing your next door neighbours Resources. When is China going to stop using the PLA to protect those Chinese citizens who even now illegally mining in Myanmar ? or are they hoping that there is an incident so they can Colonise it ?

    And where are you getting those prices from when just last week the Shanghai Metals Exchange was quoting
