For starters you'd better wake up to the fact China controls +90% of oxide production & +90% NdFeB production, and it does so based on a price that averaged ~$64kg last FY.
Just how do you think ROW is going to claw back any NdFeB mkt share based on the stupid, stupid prices floating around in your fantasy world?
Perhaps you don't like Kummer but you could certainly learn a great deal from him, particularly Chinese manipulation tariff +13% VAT on NdPr exports vs full refund on NdFeB. Can you understand that makes Chinese domestic NdFeB production considerable cheaper than ex China?
That is simply on 13% VAT, let alone the stupid, stupid Disneyland prices you are so fond of quoting, but then you do seem the type that generally learns the hard way.
