Yes the fact is that BNY is clearly dumping shares it has borrowed ~ and it is as plain as day that you are down ramping.

There is NO fundamental reason for the SP to be behaving the way it is ? this is downright and blatant MANIPULATION supported by yours and 'sheads FUD
