Frankly I have a decent understanding of the handful of people ROW that have had some success in putting RE companies together, there is absolutely NO one even vaguely approaching that calibre at Pensana, Rocky would be a great example.

Another great tell in my experience is successful people/companies don't talk incessantly about what they are gunna do, they do it, deliver, Pensana presents as a gunna on steroids, should be obvious shortly.
