NdPr prices are close to their top and magnet prices have recovered yet the RE Index is taking a substantial hit !
The only explanation I can think of, is that Chinese Companies who make up over 50% of the Index are still tanking due to the Evergrande crisis !, That is the sad thing about Socialist SOE style economies, everybody is in the same boat, if one fails then there is a real risk that they can all fail !
