Manipulation, “sell downs” , etc are just excuses for falling SP . Strong companies with good management would not let the SP fall so dramatically. Yes PRE has a good resource , hence my reason for investing in the company. However at the end of the day the resource alone means nothing when there are so many issues with this company. Disappointing would be an understatement as to how management have handled these issues .
