Yes this is Correct. They are still separating and selling finished product.
Boatou have shut down the upstream processing plant as they are upgrading there facilities to a new location....
..IMO they have seen LAMP, the best and most modern state of the art REE facility in the world and have decided to follow suit with similar facilities...... going forward......
Boatou has had some wild swings up/down recently but still well off it's low...
