Nit picking, but that should read:
What if Lynas makes an annoucement on the ASX that its shutting down production at Mt Weld concentration plant for 6 months but the LAMP will still be operational to meet customers needs.
ATM we have an announcement that Lynas will only be producing at half capacity until higher market prices are reached. It is great that market prices look to be turning up but, is it only the market price that is keeping phase 2 on hold or demand for product also? Market prices can continue to rise but it is the demand that makes all the difference.
